Subsequently, we embark on the technical development of the mold, where we create the 3D model of the part and also a pre-production sample using 3D printing. This stage allows us to interact with the part design, without it being final, providing the opportunity to make necessary adjustments and optimizations before proceeding to mold fabrication.

The final phase is the production of the injection mold and the first authentic samples. Once these samples are approved, we commence internal production at the required volume. At each stage of this process, our team of experts and collaborators use state-of-the-art machinery to ensure results of the highest quality at competitive prices.
