Quality Policy

SUPERTRONIC, S.A. is a company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of plastic enclosures for the electronics industry and customization services, located at Prat de la Manta 19 Street - 08902 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat - Barcelona (Spain), has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard to improve the service it provides to its customers.

The Management of SUPERTRONIC, S.A. views the Quality System as a way to organize the company's operations, based on fundamental pillars such as the quality of its products, customer satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of the System's effectiveness.

To this end, the Quality Management System of SUPERTRONIC, S.A. is based on:

- Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all members of SUPERTRONIC, S.A., starting from the top.

- Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing, and improving the Management System, keeping in mind at all times the internal and external context of SUPERTRONIC, S.A.

- Quality is oriented towards the Satisfaction of all our customers (and stakeholders), through SUPERTRONIC, S.A. commitment to meet their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products.

- Quality is supported by Continuous Improvement of both the production processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System where preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.

- Quality directs us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and possible improvements that new technologies may offer us.

- Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, which is why this Policy is disseminated to all personnel of SUPERTRONIC, S.A. for their knowledge and understanding.

For the effective application of these principles, the support of both the management team and the staff is absolutely necessary.
