SUPERTRONIC , SA is a company dedicated to the design, manufacture and distribution of plastic enclosures for the electronics industry and customization services , located at C/ Prat de la Manta 19 (08902) L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard to improve the service it provides to its customers.
SUPERTRONIC 's management focuses on the Quality System as a way of organizing the company's operations, based on basic pillars such as product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of the system's effectiveness.
To achieve this, the SUPERTRONIC Quality Management System is based on:
▪ Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all SUPERTRONIC members, starting from the top. ▪ Quality is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing, and improving the Management System, always keeping in mind SUPERTRONIC 's internal and external context.
▪ Quality is oriented toward the satisfaction of all our customers (and stakeholders), through SUPERTRONIC 's commitment to meeting their needs and requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements and those of our products.
▪ Quality is based on continuous improvement of both production processes and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in which error prevention is a fundamental aspect.
▪ Quality directs us to pay maximum attention to technological evolution and the possible improvements that new technologies make available to us.
▪ Quality requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, which is why this Policy is disseminated to all SUPERTRONIC staff for their knowledge and understanding.
▪ Senior management is committed to integrating sustainability into the core of the business strategy, setting clear objectives and determining options related to environmental performance.
For these principles to be effectively implemented, support from both the management team and the workforce is absolutely essential.
